Project Description:
This familiar shopping center plaza along the Southeast Expressway was scheduled for major renovations. A.A. Will Corporation performed all sitework, including new drainage, water services, and electric feeds. A new Super Stop and Shop was constructed, requiring 75,000 square feet of foundation excavation. Renovations to the parking areas and surrounding roadways included new pavement, curbing, and lighting.
