Project Description:
This project included

• Clearing a 21 acre wooded site on the Hingham/Rockland town line and an 8,000 L.F. “utility corridor” for electrical power and telecommunications.
• Foundation excavation for a four story 84,000 square foot footprint office building and a five level 74,000 square foot footprint parking garage.
• Drilling and blasting 29,000 cubic yards of ledge.
• Sewer, water, storm drainage systems.
• Asphalt paving for access roads, parking, and the extension of Commerce Road from Rockland into Hingham.
